• A doula is a non-medical birth companion who is trained to provide continuous emotional, physical, and practical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Rooted in ancient traditions of birth companionship, this care centres your emotional wellbeing and honours your individual preferences and choices.

A doula does not replace a midwife or birth partner. Instead, they offer steady, non-medical guidance and reassurance - supporting and empowering both you and those beside you, while advocating for compassionate, informed care during this transformative time.

  • A holistic approach supports both mother and baby by honouring pregnancy and birth as a natural, transformative rite of passage. Rooted in traditional and time-honoured practices such as touch therapy, movement, herbal wisdom, and nourishing nutrition, this care helps create a sense of grounding, safety, and balance.

By prioritising the wellbeing of the mother, we support the baby’s settling, bonding, and overall health. This approach also encourages women to trust their intuition, connect with their embodied wisdom, and feel confident communicating their needs within modern care systems.

  • The early days after birth can feel unpredictable and my role is to support you and your family through this transition with care and ease. I help create space for rest, bonding, and gentle routine-building, while protecting your overall health and wellbeing.

Support is always tailored to your needs - from offering time and space to rest and reconnect, to birth reflections, emotional support, and nourishing postpartum meals designed to deeply support recovery.

  • Although I would recommend the structure of my full 40 day package, we can work together to adapt this where needed.

First we will meet over a 30 minute Zoom connection call via zoom to ensure we are a good match. This is a great time to ask questions and understand my approach and offerings a little more.

The next step is an in person meeting, ideally at your home at around 30 weeks. This time is used to focus on you and your preferences of care which will support me and my preparations ahead of your little one's arrival.

This supports a seamless transition into postpartum following birth.

My 40 day package includes up to 16 optional in person visits covering all or a selection of the areas outlined here

    x4 visits during week 1 of postpartum, x3 during week 2 & 3 and x2 visits per week for weeks 4,5 & 6.

I am available to message or call for the full 40 days.

Each visit typically lasts 2-3 hours and any meal or treatment preparation will be done in advance.
